Indicative Fee Structure

We adopt a result-oriented approach to executive search. This is reflected in our competitive service-charge structure which is biased towards successful completion of our assignments for our client companies.

In essence, our fee is structured in such a manner that with a nominal retainer fee, our clients will be able to reach out to suitable candidates that they might otherwise have missed.

This is to ensure that in the case of non hire by our clients, the costs to our clients' are capped at a level that is equivalent to a reasonable recruitment advertising exposure in the Singapore daily newspaper which has no success guarantee.

The remainder of our finder's fee is paid only upon successful hiring of the suitable candidate.
