Professionalism: We expressedly limit our executive search activities to companies outside our active and regular clientele base.

Confidentiality: We place utmost importance on confidentiality of both client as well as candidate information, and practice discretion at every level of our search process to protect the interests of our clients and candidates. A candidate's references are taken in a professional manner and with the full knowledge and consent of the candidate.

Integrity: We carry out each and every assignment with integrity and commitment, and balance the acts of thoroughness and urgency in accordance with the requirements of our clients.

Objectivity: We act solely on behalf of the hiring companies (and not for candidates) and can therefore practice true objectivity in presenting suitable candidates to clients.
