Mr ONG Yong Hwee is the General Manager of CEO Search & Services.
A first class mechanical engineer by training from the University of Birmingham, England, Mr Ong began his career in the Singapore Economic Development Board in 1982 as a Senior Industry Officer involved in industry development & investment promotion. He joined National Iron & Steel Mills Ltd in 1986 and was involved in business development. From there, Mr Ong joined Intercontinental Executive Search & Services (originally called Boyden Singapore before 1988) as Senior Managing Associate cum Business Development Manager, before he set up his own headhunting business.
